Chanel Retail Therapy… a Quick Trip to Harrods London
A few days ago my husband and I went to Harrods, as our wedding anniversary is coming up he wanted to treat me and take me to Cartier. I didn’t object of course …
After getting off the train in London Victoria we managed to get to Knightsbridge and by that time I desperately had to go to the loo… So we took multiple sets of stair cases in Harrods and I finally managed to use the restrooms. On our way out we conveniently ended up in the women’s high fashion’s department and right in front of me I saw the LIGHT ….. a beautifully arranged Chanel shop. I just couldn’t resist. I started having a look around and I fell in love with an amazing Chanel handbag just fresh from the Spring/Summer 14 Collection ….
It’s a very original flap bag with an amazing pattern made out of lambskin and fabric and the iconic double Cs.
Of course, I fell in love with it instantly! It’s perfect for me because it’s elegant and casual at the same time and I felt I could wear it as an everyday bag. Chanel’s quality is top. It feels great wearing it and it’s super comfortable and it’s quite spacious …. So here I am, exiting the Chanel department, needless to say, next time I have to go to the toilet I won’t be using Harrods’.
I had a great time at Harrods and ended up having lunch up in the terrace, it was packed with very “delightful”, classy Londoners. The food was of medium quality …. of course. I can cook a better Halloumi cheese toasty .. for sure 😛
So there you have it …. for anyone visiting London, if you’re going out in Knightsbridge or there about, don’t use Harrods’ restrooms… it could end up being VERY expensive.
